The rules for using Bundle, in plain words. By using Bundle you agree to them.
What Bundle is
Bundle is a read-later app for iPhone and for Android e-ink tablets that helps you remember what you read. “Bundle” here means the apps, this website and the service behind them. Bundle is made by Davit Khaburdzania. “We” and “us” mean him.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or with Google. You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms on your own. Keep your devices locked, since anyone holding your unlocked phone can use your account.
Your content
What you save, highlight and write in Bundle stays yours. You let us store it, process it and send it to the providers named in the privacy policy, only to run Bundle for you.
The articles you save belong to the people who wrote them. Bundle keeps a copy for your own reading and study. Don’t use Bundle to republish them or share them with others.
The AI features
Summaries, topics, questions, suggested cards and answers to your questions are written by AI. They can be wrong or leave things out, so check anything important against the article itself. On iPhone you can turn off summaries, suggested questions and topic picking in Settings.
Fair use
Don’t use Bundle to break the law or anyone’s rights. Don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it at scale, or get around its limits, such as the daily limit on AI requests.
Early access
Bundle is new. Features will change, and some may stop working or go away. If we ever charge for Bundle, we’ll tell you first, and you won’t pay anything you didn’t agree to. If we ever shut Bundle down, we’ll tell you before it happens.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app, and that removes your data from our servers. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Warranty and liability
Bundle is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for lost data. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters, we’ll also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
